SaaS Tools & Platform Development

We build SaaS products and internal business platforms that are ready for real customers: accounts, subscription billing, admin tools and an architecture that grows with you. Engineers handle the design, the build and the launch. Founder-led, with no account managers in between.

THE DIFFERENCE

A Platform Built for Customers, Not Just a Demo

Many SaaS builds work for the first ten users and struggle after that. We build the foundations properly: clean data, secure accounts and billing that runs by itself.

WHAT WE DO

Four Key Aspects of SaaS Development

Every project covers the architecture, the money, the admin side and the safeguards.

Product & Architecture

We define the scope, the data model and how customers, teams and plans fit together, including multi-tenant design where it’s needed. In plain terms: a structure that holds up as you add customers.

Billing & Subscriptions

We set up plans, trials, upgrades, invoices and failed-payment handling, usually with Stripe. In plain terms: you get paid without chasing anyone.

Admin Panel & Analytics

We build back-office tools to manage customers, plans and support, plus the key numbers you need. In plain terms: you run the business from one screen.

HOW WE COMPARE

No-Code Tools vs a Custom SaaS Build

No-code is great for testing. Here is when a custom build becomes worth it.

What changes

No-Code / Off-the-Shelf

Custom SaaS

Speed to launch

Fast, for simple needs

Slower, built to your needs

Flexibility

Limited to what the tool allows

Any workflow or feature

Cost over time

Per-user and per-feature fees add up

Higher build cost, lower recurring fees

Ownership

You rent the platform

You own the product and its code

STANDARD IN EVERY BUILD

What Every SaaS Build Includes

Accounts & access

Secure sign-up and login · Roles and permissions · Team and customer separation

Billing

Plans and trials · Invoices and receipts · Failed-payment handling

Admin & operations

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common SaaS Development questions you might have.

SaaS, or software as a service, is software that customers use online, usually through a subscription, without installing anything. The provider hosts it, updates it and looks after the data. Examples include project tools, CRMs and booking systems.

Multi-tenant means one application serves many customers, or tenants, while keeping each customer’s data separate. It’s cheaper to run and easier to update than a separate copy per customer. It needs careful design so no customer can see another’s data.

Cost depends on the number of features, user roles, integrations and billing needs. A focused first version costs far less than a full platform. At DigiLitus we quote fixed-scope work after a scoping call, so you know the cost upfront.

A focused first version typically takes 8 to 14 weeks from discovery to launch. Larger platforms with many integrations take longer. Timing depends on how clear the requirements are and how quickly we get feedback on each demo.

For most new ideas, start with an MVP. It tests whether people want the product before you invest in everything. Once you have proof, build the full platform on top of it. We can help you scope either.

There’s no single best stack. Laravel is productive for SaaS with billing, queues and admin panels. Next.js with a strong backend suits product-led apps with rich interfaces. We choose based on your product, your team and your plans for growth.

A billing provider such as Stripe handles plans, recurring payments, trials, upgrades, invoices and failed payments. Your app connects to it, so access matches what each customer has paid for. We set this up as part of the build.

We separate each customer’s data in the design, use secure logins with role-based permissions, validate input, keep dependencies updated and set up logging and backups. Security is ongoing, so we agree what upkeep you want after launch.
